How long have you been in business?
I have been in this business nearly my whole adult life. I hire technicians who are also carpet cleaners by trade and by choice. We have over 30 years of experience total.
What is your primary product or service?
We treat many families so we deal with lots of stain removals. Gum, candy, glue, pet urine, chocolate, etc. We always suggest that home owners not to touch the stains, we've seen too many disasters. Just wait until we arrive.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I did not have an initial love of carpet cleaning, I just wanted to be my own boss and offer the level of customer service I felt was missing. The rest went from there.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We work from your home, unless we clean your rugs, however we transport all the merchandise so no need to worry about us.
What type of payments do you accept?
We're pretty standard. Cash and credit card.
