Cece is very unprofessional home health company. The therapist that they send out for home visits are unqualified in their disciplines and are difficult to communicate with. They are also very unethical by charging Medicare for services not rendered. I would advise any HHA or patients to stay away from this company. Working with this company would be a mistake.
