How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked for a large lock supply company in Houston in my early 20s and learned about lock and safe repair and enjoyed working with my hands and found that I was talented at this type of work. Decided this is one way that I could give back to my community and help others faced with security needs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I offer a very personable, warm, friendly experience. I have always taken the time to listen to my customers carefully and get a very good feel for what their security needs and concerns are.
