How long have you been in business?
We are into our secnd year of business
What is your primary product or service?
We rent a variety of items including moonwalks, waterslides, combos, tents, tables, and chairs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After teaching business for several years I was looking at a variety of businesses to started. I have always been an entrepreneur at heart. I have seen several upstarts in this industry operating without insurance, not staking the units properly, and renting inflatables that were not clean. I felt like I could do it better.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service is our number 1 priority. We pride ourselves on helping customers get what they need even if it doesn't benefit us in the short term. Our belief is that with long-term thinking, we will grow.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Over the next 5 years we plan to expand our delivery area throughout the city of Houston and into cities just outside of the Houston area.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of credit cards including cash, checks, and paypal.
Which areas do you service?
Right now we primarily service the Southeast Houston, Brazoria County, and Galveston County area. We do on occasion service all of Houston and Fortbend County with a Minimum $400 order. We do charge a small delivery fee for orders outside of 20 miles of our address.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are family owned. As owners we are heavily involved in day to day operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available and answer the phones generally between 7am and 10pm
