Since 2002 - Our president has over 15 years in the IT field. On average, our engineers have 8+ years experience in the industry.
What is your primary product or service?
Networking services and consultations for small and medium business, as well as documentation services (policy and/or procedure manuals, software documentation, employee handbooks, etc.)
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our president started in IT purchasing, and saw how much money was wasted by improperly thought-out IT plans and networks. He obtained his industry certifications and began working for other service providers as a consultant and engineer. He made quite a reputation and eventually found a partner and "hung out their own shingle"
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are not early adapters of technology. We take an extremely conservative approach to a company's IT needs. We recommend solutions that are robust and will work with minimum fuss.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a single office in west Houston but all work is performed on-site at our client's locations. We have no immediate plans to expand... we currently enjoy an optimum client/engineer ratio and we carefully screen potential new clients.

We bill our clients on NET 30 terms for labor and consulting fees. Hardware purchases require prepayment.
