Residential Mortgage Loans (Purchase, Refinance, and Home Equity Loans) - Conventional, ARM's, Jumbo, FHA, VA
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We owned some rental properties and had an interest in Real Estate. Instead of becoming a Realtor, I went into mortgage lending because it was a better fit with my financial background.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a licensed CPA that only originates residential mortgage loans.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one office and have no expansion plans. We pride ourselves on personal service, timely closings, and providing the best mortgage advice the industry has to offer. That's our business model, not being the biggest, but being the best in all aspects of the mortgage origination process.
