What is your primary product or service?
Pure Ice & Water Machines that produce Pure Water & Ice twice a pure as bottled water.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Bottled Water was growing at leaps and bounds bringing on additional problems for business'. Bottled water, 5-gallon bottles, are the 3rd leading cause of workman's comp claims in the United States, back injuries from lifting the bottles. the slime and bio-film that grows in the coolers that are not cleaned and sanitized monthly were a big complaint. The bottles that take up all the floor space and are a safety hazard. My background was Copiers from Xerox to Ricoh for years providing the best level of service in Houston.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide 3-5 hour response time to our customers and if we can't quickly fix the problem we switch out the systems with another unit to keep our customers downtime to a minimum. We provide internal rental options without going to a an out of state third part lease company that charges property taxes and insurance to the customers monthly.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1, no plans to expand beyond the Houston Metro-Plex at this point.
