What is your primary product or service?
Swimming pool repair, including equipment repair and installation, pool leak detection, and pool remodeling
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Approx 25 years ago, I (Tom Chapman) worked for a property management company, duties included maintaining pools and repairing pool equipment. Later I worked with a company that laid the rebar and plumbed and installed all the equipment for new swimming pools which added to my overall knowledge of how pools are constructed and later trained to do detect leaks in pools. My wife, Ann, and I were encouraged to start our own company and are now in our 15th year as Integrity Pool Repair.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves in being fair and honest with our customers, provide quality work and we will not sell our customers something unless we honestly feel that there is a need for the service or a piece of equipment we are recommending. We often will troubleshoot issues over the phone in order to save a customer from having us come out and charge a service call for something that they may can take care of themselves with a little coaching.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

We do not have a store front, we service our customers at their place of business or residence (location of the pool we are working on).
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
Mostly the Southbelt Ellington (Southeast Houston) area which includes cities such as, Pasadena, Deer Park, LaPorte, Friendswood, Pearland, Webster, Clear Lake, League City, etc. We do often go outside our basic service area, however, we occasionally do have to charge travel depending on location of the job.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ann Chapman, owner and office manager runs the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
8:30am - 4:30pm Monday thru Friday, however we check messages on the weekends.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Now that we found you, we will always call you first before anyone else because we are happy with the quality of your work and we trust you and we plan to tell our friends about you as well.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
We have so many, but one is Proverbs 2:6,7 which says: " For Jehovah himself gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and discernment. He treasures up practical wisdom for the upright; He is a shield for those walking in integrity."
