What is your primary product or service?
Internet sales and service for hotels. This includes cabling, networking, computer work, wireless and high speed cable Internet, security, security cameras and monitoring, 24 hour customer service, and all other services for hotels including air conditioning, ice machines, repair work, and construction.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've been involved in the Internet industry since 1995. I enjoyed helping tie in this technology with the hospitality industry to carve out our niche market.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We specialize in hotels and we know the hotel industry. It is all we do. None of our competitors is this specialized, they have a different focus and their services are more generic where "one size fits all". Essentially we do not compete with their market, nor do they have any desire to narrow their business down to a single client base like we do. For that reason there really is no competition either way.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have offices in six cities including Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Nashville, Detroit and our headquarters here in Houston. We will open New Orleans in June 2014 and we do plan to continue our expansion into the major markets of several more cities.

We are not open to the public. We deal directly with hotels and office visits are by appointment only. It's best to use the Internet to get those detailed directions.
What type of payments do you accept?
All payments that clear are fine with us!
