Commercial Real Estate.. Tenant rep for office, warehouse and retail leasing, property representation specializing in Northwest Houston & The Woodlands areas.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After a successful 15 years as a commercial banker, I joined a local real estate firm of Jim West & Co, the Cushman & Wakefield Inc. for 15 + years as Senior Vice President and active commercial brokerage nationwide, when I started my own firm which eventually became the one man commercial real estate firm of today.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Knowledgeable, well regarded , especially in the Northwest Houston & Woodlands area, honest, professional and trustworthy
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One...for at least the next two years
