Chloride Group PLC (“Chloride”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Custom Power based in Houston, USA. Chloride and Custom Power have been working successfully together for several years and this investment confirms the confidence Chloride has in Custom Power, its management and personnel.
With this acquisition Chloride Industrial Systems gains a North American base of operations and an experienced team located in Houston. Chloride’s global customer base will now have a full range of solutions to choose for locations requiring either UL or IEC conformance.
