I ordered a therma cooling collar from them 5 weeks ago and never received it. I've called repeatedly,always getting voice mail. I have also sent several emails. None of my calls or emails have been returned. They did charge my credit card however which i just disputed.

How long have you been in business?
Akemi, Inc. opened for business in 1987 and incorporated in 1988. They started manufacturing the Body Cooler® products in 1994 and added the Body Warmer™ products in 2003. All Body Cooler® / Body Warmer™ Products are currently made in the USA. Akemi Inc. sold Body Cooler® / Body Warmer™ in the begining of 2010 to Craig & Cortes who have worked operations with Akemi Inc. for the 3 years prior. All official / original Body Cooler® / Body Warmer™ products are and continue to be made at our original factory.
What is your primary product or service?
Cooling and Warming Products for people and pets. Most of our products have been sold worldwide though distributors and catalogues including MS Society and Associations, Veterans Memorial Hospitals VA, International Pet Shows and some Non-Profit Foundations like US War Dogs and the Humane Society. Our retail sales are relatively new and can be made on our web site, thru fax, and phone. Some other areas our products are used include Military, Industrial and Government workers. We are working towards expanding our retail capabilities as the demand has been continually increasing.
