What is your primary product or service?
Exotic Birds, bird grooming, bird boarding, bird cages, bird stands, food, toys and miscellaneous items
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Through feeding wild birds and noting the different personalities of them. Due to a bear dropping by periodically, I had to stop feeding them. I missed them so much that I went a got my own bird. My love affair started with that bird and is still ongoing. My background was in the corporate world as a Senior Buyer for Sony Music. While I had very little knowledge of birds at that time, I had a very strong desire. That combined with strong corporate skills proved to be a winning combination.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The care we give our birds and the cleanliness we maintain, puts us at the top. They are all hand fed, stimulate as babies, and continually nurtured through there development and beyond. WE also stand by our birds and offer excellent customer service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently have two locations with no plans in the immediate future to expand.

Our main store is located on Cypress Creek Pkwy at Perry Road. It is a mile West of 249 and 3 miles East of Hwy 290. The physical address is 9222 Cypress Creek Pkwy also known as 9222 FM 1960 West. My second location is located in Traders Village located on Eldridge Pkwy and West Road.
What type of payments do you accept?
Master Card, Visa and cash.
Which areas do you service?
We are a specialty store and service areas up to and including a two hour radius.
