In 1987 I became a loan officer for a natiowide cpmany after the realestate industry took a nose dive in the mid 1980's. I was previously a builder/developer.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Service and turnaround time for loan approvals.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. Office in west Houston
